Money Respin
Landing 3 or more tree scatters anywhere on the reels triggers the Money Respin feature. This is, as mentioned, a hold and spin round where you get 3 respins with which to land coin symbols. Any coin symbols landed lock in place on the reels and reset the number of respins available back to 3. Coins come in bronze, silver, or gold, and hold random multiplier values that can range from 1x all the way up to 10,000x. The value on the coin depends not only on its type, but also the number of triggering scatters. Get 5 scatters on the reels for the maximum win potential.
The Money Respin feature continues until you either run out of respins or fill all reel positions with coins. Either way the values on the coins are added up and the total applied as a multiplier to your current bet. The maximum win can reach up to 15,000x the stake, and the round will end immediately if you manage to get to this amount.
Where available you can switch on the optional Ante Bet feature. This increases your bet by 1.5x to increase the number of scatters on the reels, boosting your chances of triggering this feature.
Trees of Treasure Final Thoughts
Trees of Treasure is ultimately an unexceptional Pragmatic Play effort, if one that’s not without its charms. The visuals and music are nice, and the overall reel-spinning experience is quite pleasant if, again, nothing too new. The Money Respin feature is likewise fun, but we’ve played plenty of slots with a hold and spin round and we can’t say that this one adds anything new to the table. Go for this one if you’re a massive fan of the Asian theme, but other than that there’s little to attract the casual player here.
