Before this, Blueprint has also made a Megaways-only version, and this one just updates that slightly. As for the soundtrack, there is nothing too spectacular here.
The audio and visuals are exactly what you would expect from a standard Irish luck themed slot game developed by Blueprint Gaming.
A theory why four-leaf clovers are so hotly regarded as lucky traces the pattern back to the Celtic origins of Ireland. They just had too many clover plants. That is the case with the symbols of this game. The harp, beer mug, leprechaun hat, and card suits all have clovers on them (the golden horseshoe probably did not look good with one on).
And the symbol is literally the four-leaf clover itself.

Nothing here is too out of the ordinary. We have all experienced these features one way or the other. Here is a breakdown of all these features within the game:
Wild & Bonus Symbols
The Wild symbol is a mushroom. It can replace all other paying symbols (except for the Collect, Wishing Well, Cash Prize, and Bonus symbols). The Wild appears on reels 2 through 6 (not on the first reel) and helps make winning combinations.
The bonus symbol is a pot of gold coins. If three or more of these bonus symbols land in view, you enter the free spins or bonus game mode. Here is what you get:

The bonus or free spins come in two flavours: normal and enhanced. Triggered by landing the bonus symbols (check the previous section), these rounds keep the unlocked features active. If a Collect symbol lands during these spins, the prize is awarded for each cash prize symbol that also lands in view (all cash prizes get collected). Here are the cash prize multipliers for this mechanic:

Money Collection Feature
Money Collection is the key feature in 3 Pots O’ Riches. The Collect symbol is already active on reels 1 and 6 when you start the game, and the cash prize symbols are active on reels 1 to 6. When you achieve a cash prize symbol anywhere in view with a collect symbol on reel 1 and/or 6, the Collect feature is triggered.
The Collect feature will then expand to cover the entire reel and, as the name suggests, will “collect” all the values shown on the cash prize symbols.
For each Collect symbol in view, one position on the unlock trail will be lit, unlocking new game features and symbols in the base game, as well as the bonus/enhanced bonus spins.
Here are all the unlocks:
- 2 Symbols: Unlocks Streak Collect. Cash prize symbols stay in place while the reels respin. New cash prize symbols also stay and trigger another respin until no new cash prize symbols land on the reels.
- 5 Symbols: Unlocks Expand Collect. Any reel with a cash prize symbol steps up or down until the entire reel is covered with cash prize symbols.
- 8 Symbols: Unlocks Respin Collect. After all cash prize symbols are initially collected, all the reels except for the reel with a Collect symbol respin up to a maximum of 5 times.
- 12 Smbols: Unlocks Match Collect. All cash prize symbols on the reels match their values to the highest cash prize symbol in view.
- 17 Symbols: Unlocks the Wishing Well symbol that accumulates all cash prize symbol values in view before being collected by the Collect symbol along with the cash prize symbols.
- 20 Symbols: Unlocks Leprechaun’s Treasure Pots and 3 special bonus symbols of respective colours. Each time a coloured bonus symbol lands in view, it is added to the matching Leprechaun’s Treasure Pot, which can potentially trigger a bonus.
Gameplay Modifiers
The game also has a Lucky Mate feature. It can trigger randomly during any spin in the base game. It can award either of these modifiers:
- Hidden Treasure: Will change all symbols on one or more reels with cash prize or wishing well symbols randomly, while also adding a Collect symbol.
- Bonus Boost: Adds additional bonus symbols to the reels.
- Fireworks Blast: Upgrades random symbols to top-paying symbols. Can also upgrade them to Wild symbols.
- Dig In: If this happens, the symbols are removed from the reels and new symbols drop to guarantee a win.
Leprechaun’s Treasure Pots
There are three pots always visible in the game. Every time a coloured bonus symbol is added to the matching Treasure Pot, it can be randomly triggered to award you 10 enhanced bonus spins with an upgrade. The upgrade depends on the colour of the pot triggered.
Note that you can also trigger multiple Treasure Pots in the same base game spin. If this happens, all respective upgrades are active together during the enhanced bonus spins.

It is okay. If you must play an Irish luck slot with subpar specs (a quality common to many of these jackpot-heavy games), then yes, this will do the job.
