Where to Play Pirots
Pirots RTP and Wagering
Pirots starts on a grid with 5 columns and 5 rows, but it can expand to an 8 x 8 layout when a bomb symbol explodes (we’ll come back to this later). You can bet from £0.20 to £100 per spin.
In Pirots, you rely on four pirate parrots to collect winning symbols on each spin. They usually start the round in different areas of the grid, often on separate rows and columns. Hit the Spin button and new symbols drop in to replace the current ones. The parrots will also land in new positions with each drop.
If a parrot is adjacent to any gems of its own colour (e.g. pink), it will move left, right, up, or down to collect them. They will also pick up feature symbols on the go, such as coins and Wilds.
New symbols drop in after a parrot has finished collecting symbols, which means you could create another win on the same spin. If multiple parrots appear next to matching gems, they will move around the grid one at a time to collect them.
As Pirots has medium to high volatility, it offers a chance to win moderate prizes, but payouts may be awarded slightly more often than in high-volatility slots. The Return to Player (RTP) rate is lower than average at 94%. While that’s not too bad compared to some slot games, Pirots is still less likely to award prizes as often as games with a higher RTP.
The maximum win on offer in Pirots is 10,000x your bet. Expanding the grid to its 8 x 8 layout and picking up coins with high multipliers may lead to top wins (including the maximum win).
Pirots Symbols and Audio & Video Design
Pirots takes the popular pirates theme and puts a fun twist on it: replacing human pirates with colourful, rum-drinking parrots. There are four pirots, each with its own outfit and colour. Check out the Red Pirot with the crossbones hat and the smaller parrot on its shoulder!
The music and sound effects are just as impressive as the visuals, too. The music has a traditional pirate feel, with beating drums and chanting, while the exciting sound effects could be taken from a retro video game.
Pirots includes four paying symbols: a Red, Pink, Green, and Blue Gem. There are five versions of each. Wild symbols substitute for any gem at its current win level (from one to five, as shown below). Feature symbols include transform, upgrade, coins, bombs, and bonus symbols.

Pirots Mobile Features
Pirots was developed with HTML5, so you can play it on any number of mobile devices. The graphics are still sharp and dynamic on smartphones, though it seems better suited to portrait orientation, as the visuals look a bit more compressed in landscape. The controls also adapt to the orientation to give you the most convenient layout.
Pirots Bonus Features
Pirots includes five features. A feature is triggered when a parrot collects enough matching gems to fill the meter above the reels.
Bonus Round
If a parrot collects three bonus symbols, the bonus round is triggered. You’ll get five free drops with the current grid layout, and you can retrigger it by collecting more bonus symbols.
X-iter
You can use the X-iter option to buy one or more features at different costs, from 3x to 500x your bet. For example, Bonus Hunt quadruples the chance of triggering the bonus round.
Pirots Final Thoughts
Pirots boasts an original design, a fun theme, and a great set of features. The parrot-pirate theme is fun and fresh, while the visuals look terrific overall. Sadly, the RTP is 2% below average at 94%, but the medium to high volatility brings a potential top win of 10,000x your bet to play for.
Overall, Pirots may take a bit of getting used to at first, but it still has lots to make it worth a spin.
