Overall, Slingo Elf Blitz is a fine and festive addition to the Slingo catalogue of games. The racetrack feature is a unique stroke of genius which reminds me of the 2p horse racing games I used to play at the seaside arcades, and I am sure others will be able to feel that sense of nostalgia too. Giving players the ability to pick the volatility they want to play at by backing different elf racers is sure to be popular with players, as a similar option has been evidenced in popular slots by developers like Wazdan, as it allows for flexibility to suit multiple players’ playstyles.
The RTP is also just above the average for a Slingo game at 95.2% compared to the median of 95%, and while the maximum win of 1000x is pretty good in regards to Slingo games, it is worth noting that this payout is only achieved by being successful when picking the high volatility option.
Slingo Elf Blitz is a creative and entertaining game which I think players will return to each holiday season and therefore I rate it 8.5/10. In the future, I would love to see a slot game which explores what the elves get up to outside of the holiday season, maybe even in a game with a vacation theme!
